Research and development of dual fuel engine with qualitative regulation

Paper is dedicated to research and development of dual fuel (natural gas - diesel fuel) engine. To inject minimized diesel fuel portion under high pressure, hence fine atomized accumulator type injection system is used. Natural gas is metered outside of cylinders with the help of electronically controlled valves. In turned out that with the system described shortly it is possible to run the engine from minimum idle speed to high torque with substitution diesel fuel by natural gas 86% (at minimum idle) up to 95 % (at high torque) diesel fuel.
Keywords: bi-fuel engine, natural gas, diesel fuel, accumulator type injection system.

Diesel engine converting into the gas engine with a controlled thermodynamic cycle

The mode of creation of a gas engine on the basis of the diesel engine without change of a geometrical compression ratio is considered. Results of settlement researches of indicators of working processes of the engines working on different thermodynamic cycles are submitted. It is shown, that it is possible to receive a gas engine working with an controlled thermodynamic cycle (CTDC) with effective indicators, not worse than the diesel engine.
Keywords: gas engine, Miller's cycle, controlled thermodynamic cycle, fuel efficiency.

Direct injection of gas fuel in the chamber of combustion the engine of internal combustion with spark ignition

The opportunities of realization direct injection of gas fuel in the chamber of combustion the engine of internal combustion with spark ignition with an electronic control system are considered. The recommendations for system and algorithm of management of submission of gas fuel with direct injection and management the engine of internal combustion on various modes of his work are given. The advantages and lacks direct injection of gas fuel in the chamber of combustion the engine of internal combustion are shown.
Keywords: the engine of internal combustion, direct injection of gas fuel, chamber of combustion, spark ignition, algorithm, electronic control system.

New way of construction and organization of a bidirectional compressed natural gas vehicle refueling filling station

In this paper, we propose a new method of construction and organization of a bidirectional compressed natural gas vehicle refueling filling station, which differs from the known filling stations by the fact that such a station can fill cars, moving in opposite directions, without any additional expenditures, connected with the non-production runs for refilling needs. In fact, the bidirectional compressed natural gas vehicle refueling filling station consists of a traditional 'mother' natural gas filling station, constructed on one side of the road, and a simple shed with gas dispensers on the other side of the road, which use natural gas and electricity, that is being transferred from the 'mother' station through pipelines and wires, that are laid under the road. The implementation of this invention will reduce capital expenditures, decrease operating costs, minimize construction time and the amount of support staff while creating a nationwide system of the country gas transport, as well as to reduce unproductive car runs for refueling needs.
Keywords: natural gas vehicle refueling filling station (NGV - refueling filling station), compressed natural gas (CNG).

Using of mini fuelling stations at compressor stations

The article analyzes experience of operating mini fuelling stations at compressor station "Salskaya". Authors offer to integrate mini fuelling stations at compressor stations of "Gazprom" for further re-equipment of corporate motor vehicles into NGVs and reduction of fuel costs. Authors also suggest to attract additional CNG consumers, namely vehicles of gas transport industry workers for the purpose of increasing their social security.
Keywords: Natural gas, agricultural vehicles, mini fuelling stations.
